Training Room for 40 people in Downtown Concord (Ideal location) with view for miles

Training Room that opens up into the break room (common area) located in downtown Concord, directly across from Concord BART and a short walk from Todos Santos Plaza. We are located on the 13th floor and have beautiful panoramic views. The training rooms can accommodate up to 40 people and opens up into a kitchenette (break room). All areas are fully furnished with modern sleek furniture. The office is extremely quiet and occupants are on the far right side (separated by the lobby, and restrooms. The space truly will feel like your own and is the perfect space to host client/business meetings that will surely leave a great impression. Please note that the kitchen is a common space and although we would minimize our office of 20 people from utilizing it there may be occasional people coming in to grab their lunch. During rental time we direct employees to eat their lunch in other areas so it can be as private as possible.
