This space is one of a kind. Rustic 2 floor coffeehouse that can hold up to 50 people per floor. Tons of character and old world charm decorated with vintage furniture. Great for parties of all kinds, or corporate meetings and gatherings. Excellent place for photo shoots or film projects. Excellent place for a music venue, art exhibit or a book reading. This space is bi-level and each the floors can be rented out separately or together. $135 per floor, if you rent both floors, you will only pay $100 for the second floor. Your own food and drink can be brought. We can also cater your event. Your choice. There will be one person there to help you facilitate your party and lend a helping hand at no extra cost to you. You can decorate if you'd like, with some minor guidelines, such as no confetti, but we ask that your setup and break down time be within the rental time parameters that you have set for your party. You can bring your own DJ. The latest we can allow a party to go n until 12:30 Am with music being lowered at 12 if there is a DJ. Close to all transportation and street parking available.

The space is awesome; it's the perfect place for a unique and intimate party! We had our smallish (~40 people) wedding here, where we brought in food, and decorations, and took advantage of the various add-ons Buzz and his team offered (ice buckets, coffee station, etc). The team was very accommodating, and only requested that we return any furniture we moved at to their original place at the end of the night (a very reasonable, and super easy, request!) The cafe is also pretty conveniently located near stores that help with last minute party purchases (dollar store, bodegas for ice, etc). Parking is only available on the street, but that was made very clear on the listing, so we were able to make sure that most of our guests got here via Uber, so it wasn't really a problem. Everyone had a great time, and absolutely loved the space -- we couldn't recommend it enough!

The space is beautiful with the exposed brick! We held a pre-wedding event with 100 people and used the outdoor and indoor space and it was perfect. Buzz was prompt in his communication and very helpful when we needed to extend our time. We would definitely recommend this space.

The space was wonderful, charming, and cozy. Perfect for the February weather. Had my moving away party here and it was the beyond amazing. Buzz was awesome with helping me set up the event. All my guests had were blown away with the charm of the place. Would absolutely throw my next event here, when I'm back in town!! Buzz was the best!

We rented both floors for a baby shower and Buzz and his team were a pleasure to work with!
