All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Located right at 18th and Halsted, this intersection has become a pilgrimage for art enthusiasts and tourists alike. Vintage tin ceilings provide an eclectic atmosphere that is long lived in Chicago buildings. This space also offers kitchen and bar access for an additional cost of $50. Coolers can be provided for larger, booze fueled events. No more than 60 people in the space. Street Parking is available and free on both sides of 18th Street.
General Rules
Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it. A cleaning fee is added for a deep cleaning of shoe prints, sanitizing, and general tidying. Guests must remove any additional items that were brought into the space.
If wall space is needed, a 14day notice is needed, as this is a gallery/showroom, and artwork is usually on display. You are responsible for communicating this need with us to assure we can accommodate your needs. Any damages will be billed to the credit card on file.
FURNITURE
We can move any furniture in the space as needed. Please let us know in advance what your expectations are of the space as it can be used for multiple use. We are more than happy to accommodate. We have 2 sofas, (can add a third if needed), but can be removed from space if preferred. 12 Eames-styled chairs are available, plus a few folding chairs. Kitchen and bar space is available with additional $30/hr. Coolers can be provided if needed. Guests must provide their own ice.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. Must stand at least 15 feet away from front entrance if smokers are in attendance. No pets.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Jakki was responsive and helpful. She had the space set up prior to our event and answered all my questions quickly. The pictures do not do the space justice. Would definitely book again for a future event.
