Our amazing sky lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Perfect for mixers or light appetizer parties. Located on the top floor, this space offers just about a 360 degree view of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Full kitchen includes- refrigerator, gas range, oven, dishwasher, beautiful counter tops. Modern and very angular space 3-45" TV's Private bathrooms Decorative accent lighting Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available on the ground floor of the parking garage but it can be limited. We do recommend car pooling or ride sharing services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Though the venue was beautiful, I had no a/c and a broken fridge. I rented this venue for a baby shower and had to watch a majority of my guests including the mother to be sweat through their clothes. The fridge wasn't working and couldn't keep hundreds of dollars of food/drinks refrigerated. When I reached out to the host she offered me a $150 refund out of the $1000 booking... Do yourself a favor and use another venue who will prioritize your concerns.

Very beautiful venue with all amenities to have a great event. Booking the space was an easy process with very reasonable rules in place. Kitchen was fully operational and staff on site was very helpful. Limited parking on site but many street parking available. Only drawback was 2 of the 3 TVs were not operational.
Brunch With A Purpose .. booked a workshop for 50 people
Overall everything was great. My only issue was the fact that the TV monitor that I was told would be able to be hooked up to an HDMI was not working. My event was a business workshop event and the TV monitors were the main reason i agreed to book the space. Please make sure that you try and hook up your laptop to the TVs before agreeing to book if you need them for your event.

We rented this space for a Staff Appreciation Dinner and had an awesome experience. Even on a cloudy day it was a great view. We loved the full kitchen and being able to cook for our staff. Booking, set up, and tear down was so smooth and easy.

It was beyond beautiful! Great venue space. Only set backs were the 2 TVs on the screen that kept cutting off when we wanted to change the channels. We couldn’t turn them back on manually and the front desk had to come help more than once. Other then that, I would most definitely book again!

The host and staff were very responsive to all requests. Onsite, they were accommodating to our needs. We were able to view the property twice before the event for spacing, logistics, and technical checks. We ended up not using the tv wall because the sound could not be easily regulated and we needed to be able to reduce and increase the volume around the guest speakers. We were also able to add hours before the event to accommodate for additional event set up requirements. No additional decor was needed. Although the temperature outside was in the 30’s the temperature was very regulated. Check it in advance before guests arrive. The chef had no issues with the kitchen. The ice machine was full. There was adequate spacing for my guests to stay socially distanced. Appreciated the notification of the onsite team of the shift change. The new night manager was helpful during our event breakdown.
