Our beautiful sky lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Enjoy views of the Dallas/Fort Worth area! The lounge was a good experience. The concierge was very helpful, the room amenities were great. Had enough seats and room for people to find their comfort area and for people to move around and mingle. Only complaint is the space was not clean when we arrived. The surfaces were somewhat but there was dust all over and some left over food in one of the drawers. Everyone enjoyed the space and would book again from Lauren she was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The space itself is beautiful and very well decorated! We were looking forward to a stress-free experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the opposite. First of all, despite having paid for cleaning, the space was not fully cleaned upon our arrival, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, we encountered a very awkward situation where there were people already occupying the space we had reserved. This was incredibly embarrassing and frustrating, as we had explicitly booked the area for ourselves, expecting privacy and peace of mind. Furthermore, we didn’t receive any assistance from the Fiori reception staff when we tried to resolve the situation, and we were never given the tag mentioned in Lauren's email. This lack of communication only added to our frustration. Additionally, one of the kitchen cabinets was broken, which was inconvenient, and the temperature control in the room was not functioning properly. The air conditioning was set too cold, and despite our attempts, we couldn't adjust it to a comfortable level. Overall, this experience was far from what we expected, especially after paying a high amount. We were hoping to relax and not worry about anything, but unfortunately, we had to deal with several issues that soured our experience. We hope that the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

All in all it was a great experience. The only reason I’m leaving a 4 instead of a 5 is because 1) the TV’s were not working and the front desk had no explanation as to why and 2) not all of the shades were functioning properly. Other than that, it was a fantastic time

Had a horrible experience here. Absolutely horrible experience. I am resident at this apartment and have had several events at the skyvue. It has never been this bad. I booked the skyvue for my daughter’s birthday. Everything was fine until the time of the event and the AC would not work !! If you read reviews of some other guests u would see previous guest complain about that. ITS TRUE . Worst of all is that no one to help. The host lauren is not available on Saturdays and the concierge was not willing to help. She insisted on keeping the temperature set at 73 on the day when weather is 89 in dallas. After much back and forth she basically said she doesn't have to take care of us. My guests and kids were all uncomfortable and had to fan themselves. This was truly a horrible experience. I hesitated booking this venue but wanted to give it one more chance. All they care about is the money and whether you are 30 mins early or late. Up till now no one has offered me an apology for ruining this event. And I will be following up with peer space for a reimbursement. Before you book them get a guarantee that the AC will work. Otherwise your event will be ruined!!

I would definitely give this place a 5 star rating but the AC was not working ! We were all sweating and we only had like 20 Guest even after ask the host about it because I read the reviews and she said it only happen one time .we couldn’t enjoy my son Graduation because of heat and humidity. I ask for help and no one show up to help with the AC , I even ask for fans but they said they didn’t have any . the blinds couldn’t close them or open , the TVS were not working either . I couldn’t cancel because everything was already booked .For this place to be Rent out $250 and hour EVERYTHING should be working ! The host was so responsive at the beginning of the booking but when I had issues she took her sweet time to respond and she still has not responded to my last messages .
