A hub for everything creative + fun, this studio is 1,000 SF of all-white space with 14' high ceilings, sliding barn door, and an adjacent outdoor lounge deck with bistro lighting. Ideal for events, retail showrooms, pop-up activations, product launches & runway shows. It is here where you can test a concept or idea, throw a party, build a set or photograph a model/s. Be it public facing, private viewing, or for internal organization use only, this studio is a space that offers short term commitment for long term results. This studio totals 1,000 square feet of floor-to-ceiling white interior space, with an additional 750 square foot outdoor deck just outside the beautiful sliding barn door. With private bathrooms, access to wet bar, incredible natural light, and soaring 14’h exposed beam ceilings This space is our favorite for events, photography, video production, and retail pop-ups. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We loved the space, but definitely were disappointed when we received charges the next day. The floor of the space is painted concrete, and they said they had to repaint the floors. We got a bill for $780 extra :(
