About the Space

Located in the heart of Arcadia Light neighborhood on the southwest corner of 38th street & Indian School road, our newest location offers wide-open production and studio space totaling 2,500 square feet. With 2 studios, exposed beam ceiling, 4 motorized skylights, 4 oversized rollup doors, a private patio w/kitchenette, polished concrete floors, and open ceiling, this space is designed specifically for your next big production project, or intimate private gathering. Each studio will include an assortment of furniture, makeup bay, mannequin, rolling rack, wardrobe steamer, floor mirror, ceiling fan and private entrances. Studio A (1500sf) is located on the back south side of the building and includes direct spillover access to the Arcadia Patio. Studio B (1000sf), located at the front north side, has excellent Camelback Mountain views, and super easy load-in load-out via Indian School Rd access. Our shaded patio comes with bistro lighting, furniture, and separate kitchenette for private entertaining. Studios are separated by large black curtain and allows flexibility for wide open space (2500sf) or closed for two separate spaces. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters

Kenny’s Studio was the perfect backdrop for our micro-wedding! We wanted a blank canvas in order to bring to life our own vision for our big day. The space was clean and exactly what we needed! Kenny was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his space!

I am SO happy that I booked this space for my school social event. The outside furniture was perfect for people to sit and hangout around, and having the whole outdoor space with the rent was clutch. Additionally, Maddy was incredibly helpful and accommodating and made the whole thing even better! Would definitely consider booking again in the future and would recommend to anyone!
