Beautiful SF Flat with Large, Sunny Backyard

Booked this space for a birthday and it was great. The large outdoor backyard was amazing and the inside of the house was very luxurious and comfortable. Amit was a very gracious host -- I would definitely book the space again!

We filmed a documentary interview in the space and it was great. Load in is easy, there's an office room for staging gear, and Amit was helpful and gracious when our production went long. Parking wasn't a huge issue, although it is 2 hour parking. The street was quiet during the day, although traffic did pick up around 4:30 when people were heading home from work. The only other notable thing is that the dining table doesn't move, but that wasn't an issue for us. Would film an interview here again.

He promptly answered all of our inquiries, ensuring that we had all the information we needed before making our booking. To further enhance our confidence, the host even went the extra mile by providing us with the most recent images of the home. This attention to detail made our expectations align perfectly with reality, and we were not disappointed upon arrival. Throughout our video shooting, the host's patience and understanding were invaluable. He accommodated our schedule and graciously allowed us to work overtime at the same rate, demonstrating a genuine commitment to ensuring our project's success. This flexibility made us feel welcome and supported, making the entire experience stress-free. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone in need of a contemporary and stylish setting for their creative projects!

GORGEOUS apartment! I hosted a small gathering here for a casual place to eat, drink & gather before going to the Academy of Science Night Life for an event. The space was perfect for what we needed. Our host, Amit, was very accommodating and helpful. He helped us connect to his (excellent) music system and left us to enjoy his space. Thank you, Amit! Also… as a pro MUA who works on set often, this is a killer location with amazing lighting. Well decorated, clean, excellent upscale apartment vibe. I could see boudoir, editorial, lots of opportunities here. Parking was super easy while we were here (4:30-7:30pm)

Charis is a great host. She was very accommodating, responsive, and very easy to work with. The space looks great, had surprisingly a lot of room, and for a city location, parking isn't bad.
