Our space will work well for photo and film shoots as well as cooking presentations among other things. Entry is on street level and we are located within easy access of Manhattan and the subway system. The home was recently renovated to the highest standards, and features clean, simple lines allowing it to be further decorated to the users requirements. The entry level features a dining area which can seat 6 or possibly more, and lounge area with sectional sofas, while the kitchen joins the two spaces. An oversize frosted window provides plenty of daylight while still maintaining privacy from passers by. There is also a powder room on this level. Downstairs is open plan also, with two rooms which can used for lounging or sleeping, along with a full bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub. A laundry is also located on the lower floor. The space is climate controlled for comfort. Total space is around 1400sf on the two levels.
