Hello and Welcome, Our space is a unique antique shop designed to make you feel as if you stepped into an English Manor or Clubhouse. Many remark that they feel that they stepped into another world and that they cannot believe that this place exists in the heart of Los Angeles. Upon viewing you will not be surprised to find out that the man behind the design is also the same person behind many popular (hidden-entrance) themed bars throughout Hollywood. You will want to have your exclusive event at this hidden gem! We have about 1000sqft of long rectangle shape space which comfortably holds 30-40 people. It has been perfect for such events like Art Shows, Magic Shows, Indie Film Screenings and Movie Nights, Lectures, Workshops, Art Drawing Events, Book Clubs and Readings/Signings, Tea Parties, Engagement Parties, Production Meetings and Networking events. All events have been so successful, that some have even become monthly events exclusively at our shop! We have a small bathroom and sink in the back. We don't have a kitchen, but we do have a few appliances to help with special requests. We offer craft services and plate items on elegant serving dishes for an impressive presentation. We also have a bar setup which we can offer our services for at an extra charge so let us know if you are interested as prices are dependent on event and people. We have a large dining table that seats 8 people, which has been perfect for meetings or for extra food display. We also have extra chairs and a small chesterfield sofa which can be set up various ways to adapt to any event. We are located where Hollywood meets Los Feliz and Silverlake. On Fountain Avenue at Vermont Ave. Both highly visible streets, not far from the 101. There is also a liquor store conveniently located 2 doors down for any last minute needs.

It was an amazing space. Christian was very helpful and resourceful - the space is smaller than expected and parking was challenging. Plan ahead. But definitely a gem of a space.

Erika and Christian were great to work with through the whole process. They were able to answer all my questions and make the booking process easy and then on the day they made sure we had everything we needed. The space itself was wonderful. The whole atmosphere and vibe was fantastic and exactly what we wanted. The number of items and little details to the space is amazing. I really have nothing bad to say about this place or the whole experience. It's a unique space and would definitely recommend it.

I would like to review in two parts; first the space and then secondly the host. 1. The space is EXACTLY what we were looking for. It has a feel and vibe that, in itself, is. character. Christian was exceptionally accommodating to our small cast and crew in every thing we needed. 2. Erika responded to all my questions very quickly when we first reached out about the space. She was thorough in her explanations and even helped me figure things out on our end. Once we went down to look at the space, Christian was there walking us through the location and what we had access to. On shoot day, I cannot stress enough, how accommodating Christian was. he hoped with some set dressing, he helped with finding food locations for linch and he was just so great and nice about everything. I plan on booking their location again very soon!! You should too!
