A single family traditional home with 2000 square feet of living space, the property sits on a 8000 sq.ft lot with beautiful front & backyard . There are two family rooms which could seat up to 15 comfortably. It has a big bonus room that opens up to a retractable awning covered deck that is about 200 Sq.Ft. Property is located in Sherman Oaks with easy access to 101 and grocery stores within walking distance. Even with close proximity to busy streets this property is located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of mature trees. Property has been tastefully updated while still preserving original characteristics of the house. There is a beautiful bay window that overlooks the side garden. A wood burning gas fireplace is the main focal point of the sitting room. Driveway can park 3 cars comfortably.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
