There are two family rooms which could seat up to 15 comfortably. It has a big bonus room that opens up to a retractable awning covered deck that is about 200 Sq.Ft. Property is located in Sherman Oaks with easy access to 101 and grocery stores within walking distance. Even with close proximity to busy streets this property is located in a quaint neighborhood with lots of mature trees. Property has been tastefully updated while still preserving original characteristics of the house. There is a beautiful bay window that overlooks the side garden. A wood burning gas fireplace is the main focal point of the sitting room. Driveway can park 3 cars comfortably.

Radhika was incredible to work with. Communicative, easy-going, and friendly. The home was spacious, quiet, and had great AC. Wonderful spot for production rentals. It suited all of our needs. Would totally recommend this listing and would gladly work with Radhika again.
