Please treat it as if it were your own. That’s all I ask! Now on to the fun stuff… The space is a beautiful live/work penthouse loft in Historic downtown LA and is dedicated for all types of events. !!!NO PARTY allowed!!! The loft is in a residential building and any loud event would be shut down. The loft is perfect for • Mixers • Film screenings • Pop-up dinners (20 guests max) • Dinner parties • Photography / Video shoots. • Dance Studio • Yoga Studio • Drawing classes • Cooking classes • Various workshops It is 50ft x 40ft and it has a 15 foot high ceiling. Its features include classic brick walls, large windows all around the loft with blue velvet curtains. It's furnished and decorated with eclectic furniture, artworks, plants and a lot more that create a unique atmosphere. The entire loft has grey polished concrete flooring. All the ceiling lights individually change color and are dimmable. There are also string lights on the ceiling providing a cozy low light atmosphere. Once closed, the thick velvet curtains block almost all the day light. The lounge area has a Brooklyn vibe with brick walls and the urban view through the windows. It features: - 3 couches: a blue and a grey mid-century modern sofas,and a 1 red velvet Chesterfield sofa - 2 armchairs - 2 coffee tables The KITCHEN / DINNING area - fully equiped and functional kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee marker. Perfect for your lunch break or as a set for a food show! - 2 beautiful wooden tables 3x4ft each - 1 round sunset gradient table - 1 Extra folding table upon request (3x6ft) - 10 black wooden chairs (10 more chairs available upon request) - kitchen island - 4 bar stools

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Fantastic space, perfect for our shoot. Large, attractive and customizable and Vincent couldn't be more flexible and accommodating to work with. There were inevitable sirens, horns, etc. from the street that required stopping and starting for sound recording but we were able to work around it and complete our work faster than anticipated.

Accommodating host and nice space! Very quiet except for a few sirens since it's DTLA. The curtains do NOT make it a blackout space which we had hoped for - light definitely still comes in/they're just normal curtains.
