Our two story creative office building is the perfect space to host your next big training presentation, team building session or photography/video shoot! Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in & load-out time. Please take all materials out with you that you bring in. Trash must be taken out at the end of your booking. Furniture may be moved by the host upon request. Max occupancy of space is 40 persons. We are happy for you to bring your own food & drinks. If alcohol will be served, you must book using the events listing. No Smoking & No Pets. Client may decorate the studio as long as there is no damage to walls, floors, mirrors, furnishings, equipment, etc. Decorations must be approved before use. All wax candles must be fully enclosed in a glass container. No glitter, silly string, holes in the walls, or duct tape allowed in the studio For bookings for more than 40 people:
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This place is BEAUTIFUL.! I gave a 50th birthday party here, and I don't have 1 complaint. It's very spacious, beautifully decorated, and Ashley is an amazing host ( very informative and responds very quickly). I would absolutely book this studio again!

The outside will definitely fool you! This studio was artsy vintage yet modern with tons of open space. We held a staff training day (we are a local credit union to the South Bay) here with a guest speaker and then for the remaining time, we just took advantage of the lounge area and the pool table. Ashley was so communicative and friendly and made the booking and set up process so seamless and easy. Justin was our onsite contact for the day of our event. He was very pleasant and helpful. Overall great space for any need!
