We host in the BLUE SPACE and on the first level of our space. Please look at the list of events that we host and see where your event would be hosted. If your event is not listed, it is probably only hosted in the BLUE SPACE but you may inquire about any other needed or wanted space. We are located in a very secluded area in the historic Pill Hill area. Also, note that events ending after 8 pm are hosted only on FRIDAY or SATURDAY'S but you may check for any exceptions. That does not include other space that we use for meetings or other events. We have a "SPORTS BAR" look as well to host sport watching events, gaming events, political events, etc. We are located in a historic southside area of Chicago and easily accessible from the Dan Ryan Expressway, the Bishop Ford Expressway, Lake Shore Drive, CTA Red, and Green LInes. Our spaces take up over 1/3 of the block so we have plenty of parking. We have enough seating for up to 40 people in the "BLUE SPACE" and we can hold over 200 people for family reunions in our back yard. Included: Colored Lightbulbs 10 flat screens 2 bars(NON-STOCKED as everything is byob. We do NOT sell liquor.) Fishtank Additional Amenities: Kitchen Access for warming food- AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST DJ System with speaker and microphone- $20 flat fee DJ- Your own DJ, NO COST TO US DJ- Prices Vary but System and speaker included with our in house DJ $150-200 depending on availability. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This HUGE outdoor space was the perfect venue for my 50th birthday--which was a summertime social distancing soiree! The venue host was accommodating, awesome and attentive! Everything was fantastic but if I had to nitpick one itty bitty thing: The lawn wasn't mowed. :-( Other than that, I'd HIGHLY recommend this space for an outdoor gathering!

It was initially confusing who was the actual host of the space however I was able to communicate directly with one person. The space appeared as advertised minus the tables and chairs present in most of the pictures because those are actually for rent. We utilized the space for our “Happily Ever After Party” which was an After Party After our larger wedding and reception. Many of my guests are interested in utilizing the space! It met our needs and we would recommend it to others.

Carlos the host was very responsive especially because we booked from another state, he kept me informed of all the little details. We rented the blue section for family gathering and it did appear like the ad. He was specific of everything that came with our rental. He handled everything the DJ (he played great music) setting up the tables for the guest, food and cake, the bartender. If we needed anything he was there to make sure we were taken care of. He made sure all the tables never had trash and he cleaned restrooms. Overall he was a great host. One thing that was inconvenient was there was no air conditioner and it was very hot that day. They could have provided more fans.
