(Only $30.00 per hour and the price is for only this room.) 2. The "Blue Space" holds up to 40 without any additional seating. (Only $99.00 per hour.) This $99.00 price may be adjusted if you intend to use the space for anything other than a general meeting. Please note that the FORMAL DINING TABLE in the profile picture is $40.00 per hour. Workshops are not considered as meetings however if you can use the space pictured in our profile or in the blue space, we will consider it at the price of a meeting. Any extra chairs or tables are available for a nominal fee of $2.00 per chair and $10.00 per table. We outsource this out to a different venue. Our local is very comfortable and secluded. Also, you can consider us for any kind of company event and you can look at availability in our other posting. Our unique comfortable space is set within the charming neighborhood of Pill Hill. We have a creative space which is culturally unique and available to rent for your next meeting or offsite event including but not limited to a business meeting, fraternity and sorority meetings, team meetings, alumni meetings, board meetings, family meetings, political meetings or events, boy or girl scout meetings, etc. Feel free to bring in your own food or hire the caterer of your choice. Included with rental rate: - All Furniture you see in the images except for the white tables and chairs in the "Blue Space". They are available for a nominal cost. The area that you rent will be yours during the time rented but we will be available at any time during your stay. We can also help with finding caterers, bar staff & servers: If you would prefer for someone to be on site to assist with serving tea and coffee, catering, drinks, etc for your meeting, offsite or event- Please inbox us for more info Parking: There is no permit parking on our street. Our location takes up more than 1/3 of the street and there is plenty of parking within the area. Transport: We are in a 4-minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

This HUGE outdoor space was the perfect venue for my 50th birthday--which was a summertime social distancing soiree! The venue host was accommodating, awesome and attentive! Everything was fantastic but if I had to nitpick one itty bitty thing: The lawn wasn't mowed. :-( Other than that, I'd HIGHLY recommend this space for an outdoor gathering!

It was initially confusing who was the actual host of the space however I was able to communicate directly with one person. The space appeared as advertised minus the tables and chairs present in most of the pictures because those are actually for rent. We utilized the space for our “Happily Ever After Party” which was an After Party After our larger wedding and reception. Many of my guests are interested in utilizing the space! It met our needs and we would recommend it to others.

Carlos the host was very responsive especially because we booked from another state, he kept me informed of all the little details. We rented the blue section for family gathering and it did appear like the ad. He was specific of everything that came with our rental. He handled everything the DJ (he played great music) setting up the tables for the guest, food and cake, the bartender. If we needed anything he was there to make sure we were taken care of. He made sure all the tables never had trash and he cleaned restrooms. Overall he was a great host. One thing that was inconvenient was there was no air conditioner and it was very hot that day. They could have provided more fans.
