About the Space
We are a 2000 square foot full service Photo & Film n the heart of the Williamsburg/ Greenpoint area steps from McCarren park. Our studio is owned and operated by an established Photorapher and Fashion Designer natiove to the area. We are full of amenities with a 12' wide Cyc wall, Skylight lit natural light shooting area, private hair, make up , wardrobe stations, kitchen and lounge with grip and lighting gear included. We have a massive 20,000 square foot Rooftop with NYC skyline views. We are also an excellent choice for showroom appointments , meetings, pop up shops & and more. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This is a lovely studio. We shot on the roof and used the studio as holding. The roof is awesome for lots of different angles and setups. The studio is intimate and the cyc is good - so I'd love to be back to film on the cyc too. Will definitely be back to book again and if you're in Williamsburg / Greenpoint it's a no brainer.

Samantha and the studio management team was extremely responsive from the very start, we were overjoyed with the process from inquiry to booking to shoot wrap. We booked the space for a video shoot and everything went smoothly. Our team was 13-14 people and we fit comfortably. The studio had great fast wifi, a big ceiling fan to keep the space cool, and a gorgeous skylight in the seating area. The host was easily accessible via phone and would come in to check in with us without being overbearing. They were very nice about everything and had a list of equipment that they can bring out for you upon request before the shoot. The studio space is beautiful and newly renovated, it was quite spacious with room to work at a table and a couch for resting on. There is rooftop access that is complimentary with 8+ hours or for a fee if under 8 hours, and the roof was also superb to shoot on with easy access from the studio (one small flight of stairs away). The makeup and styling room was clean, mirrors and lighting for makeup were perfect, and the bathroom was clean and renovated as well. Overall we were extremely happy with the booking and would recommend to friends and will be using again when we need a rooftop or studio space.

Go ahead and book the 8 hrs for this studio, as this production space has alot to offer. Rooftop access is definitely a must! The cyc is area is wall to wall seamless light, you can definitely get away with one light to get nice and even shots. Hair and make up area was located behind the cyc, which gave it a backstage feel. The skylight window offered up some natural light during the daytime for bonus look. Location is steps away from a vintage store and food / coffee. Great for small - medium size productions. Would highly recommend for both Video and Stills.
