Spacious Downtown loft with Historic Core view

PRODUCTIONS - VIDEO & PHOTOSHOOTS When contacting us please include the following: * Total number of cast & crew * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and wrap * Equipment & lighting specs * NO Adult content filming PARKING. *Parking lots on SPRING ST & 4TH. SET UP AND CLEANUP. *The loft will be cleaned prior to client's arrival and after client's departure. *Nails, pushpins, tacks, clamps, etc..., should NOT BE USED on ANY wall, door beam or furniture. * Trash should be placed in the trash cans GENERAL * Coasters (provided) are required on wooden surfaces * NO PETS * NO SMOKING * No Parties * You can move the furnitures as long as you leave space as you found it. KITCHEN * Please bring your own snack/food. INSURANCE. *All events/video shooting and photoshoot of 6 people or more are required to obtain property damage & liability insurance. *Policy must cover the planned activities and the correct dates. Valid permits for vendors required. *Must provide a certificate of insurance proving production's coverage. Our space must be named as "additional insured". *RENTER accepts full responsibility for any damage to the property incurred during time of RENTER's booking as a result of client's event/production. LOAD IN/LOAD OUT. * Loading zone in front of the building until 5pm. *Loading dock available for client in the back entrance of the building until 945pm. Please don't park there. NOISE Please keep the noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
