About the Space
Welcome to Beach House Brooklyn. We are a 1,500 square foot full service photo & film studio in the heart of the Williamsburg/ Greenpoint area, located less than 50 yards from McCarren park entrance. We have a massive 20,000 square foot rooftop with incredible NYC skyline views and multiple locations on the roof. Beach House Studio is owned and operated by Land and Shore Creative, a Brooklyn based design and build company and a fashion photographer. We offer over 12 years experience in the business to photography, production and design with extensive knowledge of the area and locations surrounding our studio. There are many amenities and items included with your rental: 12' wide x 30' long cyc wall, massive skylight with pre hung 9' background pole for backdrops, multiple colors of canvas and paper backgrounds, private hair & make up station, wardrobe & changing area, wardrobe racks, hangers & steamer, kitchen with fridge, mobile client lounge, tons of grip and lighting gear and much more. We are also an excellent choice for brand for showroom appointments , meetings, pop up shops & and more. Amenities: * 1,500 square foot studio with 13' ceilings at high point 11' low point * 12'wide x 30' long cyc wall extensively used for fashion shoots, portraits, e-commerce and still life * 20,000 square foot roof deck with NYC skyline views and multiple locations on roof * 8' x 15' skylight with incredible light with preying pole for backdrops * private hair & MU station with 10' wide mirror, dimmable lights, multiple outlets * wardrobe station with wardrobe racks, steamer, robes, hangers & mirror * Stereo w/ state of art surround sound throughout studio * kitchenette w/ coffee maker, microwave, cups, plates, utensils, 2 refrigerators for drinks and food * private restroom with shower

The Photo Studio was incredible for my bridal party wedding prep. It is so spacious and was perfect for my event - there is a space dedicated for the hair team and natural lighting perfect for the makeup crew. Samantha was a great host. All of my questions were answered very quickly, even on the day of the event. I would highly recommend renting this space.
