Our creative space is located in the Upper Westside of Atlanta aka Film & Production District. We are conveniently located to downtown & midtown. This industrial designed space is the ideal location for private events, photo shoots with large props, film production or creative showcase needs. It is a brand new space on the market and is just opening it doors to the public with 2144 sq. ft of multi-functional space, lofty 20 ft ceilings and a 10 ft x 10ft glass block garage door. RATES WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ATTENDEES Example: One licensed security professional per every 75 guest for 4 hours of time is $95. So 225 guest would require three security professionals at a rate of $285 for 4 hours. To insure safety for all, events can not exceed 225 guest. If your number exceeds the limit initially stated. Additional payment payment will be required to properly staff the event. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was beautiful! Exactly what I needed. The host and her husband are professionals that keep the place equipped and ready. THE ONLY THING WAS LOCATION. it is good if you already have your guests VERIFIED to come as a baby shower and such to locals to the area that are familiar with the area.

Everyone at our event was incredible complimentary about the space and we had a great time. A large space that was perfect for our talk, complete with AV equipment and a bar set-up.
