Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great space, perfect for our team meeting. Next time I might call ahead and request the air to be turned on prior to arrival however the room cooled quickly. The room was perfect for 7 of us and the staff was very accommodating. Looking forward to scheduling again.

We booked this room for a mini off site with a group of 5. It worked really well for this size and perhaps up to a group of 8. We had a good and productive day. The location is perfect in terms of accessibility with ample parking around. There is no whiteboard but I used post it posters on the walls as an alternative. The leasing office of the complex is right next door and the attendee there is available for questions and support. The Television screen worked to plug in. Although at first we couldn't find the HDMI cable, but it was there hidden. Remember to bring an adapter. One note: Although the picture has a coffee machine, there were neither cups or coffee supplies to use it. I would have appreciated the option to make coffee/tea and have water at least included in the rental price. I don't expect anything else, but a minimum of office drink supplies would be of advantage for the future. Giving one less star for this reason.

Staff at this location greeting me with professionalism and worked to ensure that I had access to the site as well as external bathrooms. Upon leaving, they asked how the experience had been (great customer service). The location was perfect for my small outside-office meeting - the refrigerator held our lunch options and just having the opportunity to meet at a location outside a stereotypical office (and greatly decorated) set the productivity atmosphere just right.
