About the Space
Our beautiful Roof Deck Lounge is perfect for any social meeting, meeting retreat or corporate gathering. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Sweeping views of Boston will be sure to please a crowd. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Warming trays Wine fridge Fire Place 60" TV Large kitchen island with bar stools Decorative accent lighting Private indoor lounge We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Amplified music sources must be kept at a background level or low volume at all times, no exceptions. Parking is available in our onsite garage for $25 per car. No overnight parking is allowed. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

When I came in the room, the furniture wasn't organized, and there was a mess on the table - backpacks, papers, coffee cups, and an iPad. I took some time to clean it up, and someone randomly walked in during my reservation time saying that they left those there and came to pick them up. After the mess was cleaned up, I proceeded to work on my photo project that I rented the room for. However, I was continuously interrupted by multiple people on multiple occasions who walked in on me (didn't even knock, just barged in), confused that I rented the room out and trying to use it. Because my reservation was only an hour long, it was very frustrating to keep having to deal with these people. In addition, the outside deck was covered thoroughly with snow and I wasn't able to use it. I obviously wasn't expecting it to be 100% clean, but I didn't expect this much of a mess either. (For reference, it snowed lightly two nights before, but the sidewalks and roads were cleared of snow). For me to pay ~$450 for this room for only an hour (including a $100 cleaning fee) just to have to clean up after someone, continuously get interrupted by others who barged in, and not have the furniture/outdoor area meet the expectations of the photos, is incredibly frustrating.

Absolutely gorgeous location with views to match! We hosted our yearly company Christmas party/yearly recap/projections meeting here and we weren't disappointed! Check-in was quick and easy. The location had everything we needed and more to be able to present everything accordingly. We will book this space again for future meetups like this!
