Contemporary Rooftop Lounge & Deck w/ Sweeping Boston Views

Space was great! Communication was timely. Exactly as advertised.

This space was gorgeous and being able to see the Boston skyline was amazing ! Perfect for my huge day! The host was extremely quick and accommodating as well

The Lounge is beautiful and the views of Boston from the Roof Deck are amazing. The Lounge is semi private but the roof deck is not private at all. We had some issues with the AC but the team on site quickly responded and tried to fix the problem. They apologized for the inconvenience and since there was a mechanical failure beyond their control they worked with us to come to a solution. Lauren responds quickly to messages and was very easy to work with. Thanks Lauren for all your help.

There was a TV when we were told there specifically was not TV. This was disappointing because we had to spend a lot of money renting another TV and coordinating that delivery.

I have mixed reviews for this space. On one hand, the space is really nice. The exterior offers breathtaking views of the city of Boston, and the interior is well-designed with beautiful fireplaces. The pictures accurately reflect what you can expect. The host, Lauren C, initially responded quickly and was pleasant. However, I encountered some issues after making the payment and requesting a contact number for emergencies. It took some persistence, but I eventually obtained a phone number. Unfortunately, despite calling several times, I never received an answer. Lauren informed me that the space had a capacity of 20 people but kindly allowed me to accommodate 25. However, upon arriving at the space, I noticed a sign indicating a total capacity of 120 people. This was disappointing and misleading, as I could have made different arrangements had I been aware of the true capacity. I rented the space for 3 hours, with an additional 30 minutes before and after for cleaning. Unfortunately, during my event, a lady approached me and claimed that she had rented the space immediately after my booking. Consequently, I didn't have the extra 30 minutes to clean as promised. Instead, I had to clean before my allotted 3 hours, which was inconvenient. Another issue was the lack of control over the heating system. The space was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable for our guests throughout the event. Additionally, accessing the floor with the space required a special key for the elevator. Regrettably, we were only provided with one key. This meant that every time a guest arrived, we had to either go down or send the key down to bring them up. This arrangement was highly inconvenient and disrupted the flow of the event. Overall, while the space itself is visually appealing, the lack of responsiveness from the host, misleading capacity information, cleaning time constraints, heating issues, and limited access to the elevator were significant drawbacks to an otherwise pleasant experience.
