About the Space
iQ Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building. The space comprises two rooms, Edison and Tesla, which can be rented separately or together for larger groups (see additional listings). The Edison and Tesla Rooms can host groups up to 114 and can accommodate 6' social distancing for groups up to 28. || Technology || Each of the rooms (Edison and Tesla) have 2 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the rooms for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing sound bar with a USB cable (provided). || Room Arrangement Options || The Edison & Tesla rooms can be used separately for simultaneous meetings, breakout sessions, reception area, lunch room, etc. (there is a door in the glass divider wall between the two rooms). The glass divider wall can be folded out of sight (prior to your reservation) to accommodate a larger group, or create an open flow between your meeting and reception rooms. For your reference, Bruegger’s Bagels is on-site for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options (6am-3pm M-F, 6am-2:30pm Sat/Sun). || COVID-19 Policies || Face coverings are recommended for all as a courtesy to others in common areas of the building. Please remember to wash hands frequently, avoid close contact with others, and stay home if you feel sick or have a fever. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building. iQ Smart Center has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating that kills pathogens and prevents them from living on treated surfaces (as well as the lobby, restrooms, and elevator cabs and call buttons). Our janitorial team cleans and disinfects the space before and after each reservation with products that meet the CDC’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
