We welcome events and filming with prior written approval from property management. We ask that you add us to your filming liability insurance policy as an additional insured. Most policies will offer a free or low-cost Ryder for your locations.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Venice home available to rent for small social events & productions. RATES -- Filming: No early check-in. Set up must be done during billable hours. Small hourly project. Minimum 6 hours. $50/hr + $140 cleaning fee. $250 - late fee if vacating later than 15 mins from completion time. Music Video: Full day - $1,200 (includes SPA Jacuzzi in the backyard). Feature Films and Filming with 10 or more crew and cast - Inquire with a budget for rates. ADDITIONAL PROPERTY FEATURES: * Parking - There is plenty of street parking for free. * Large office (2,500 sq ft) 7 desks available , Wi-Fi, Coffee and tea bar * Driveway and front yard: (Available with any above rental)- We can make the driveway and front yards 100% available for an added fee. - $250 - You may park in the driveway with an added fee or use it for filming. Power and water are provided with this fee.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
