All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our cozy light-filled studio is located in Burlingame only 8 minutes from San Francisco Airport. The studio is 900 SF and includes chairs and a couch that can fit up to 10 people. This is the perfect place for a brainstorming event, team meeting or group orientation. Very easy and free parking in front of the studio and cross the street. Space Includes: - Wifi - Bluetooth speaker - Projector & Screen - Table and chairs - Restroom & baby changing table

General Rules
No smoking inside or outside the studio.
No disruption to the other businesses.
No DJ's and no loud music.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, tapes or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Yes, I would book again.
What a fantastic space and amazing host! I booked this space for a small executive offsite and it was perfect. The atmosphere was a fun deviation from our office which enabled us to really think outside of the box. It offered everything we needed and Chung was a great host, he organized the room especially for our needs and was super responsive. The space was also beautiful, super clean and easy parking. Five star experience... we'll definitely be back!
