Use of Swimming Pool must be Pre-Arranged. Smoking Permitted in Designated Areas only. Pets allowed. Outside Services Allowed. Insurance required for all Events and may be purchased at https://theeventhelper.com. Below is a more detailed list of our RULES OF THE HOUSE: 1. It is acknowledged and understood that some inherent risks exist in using the swimming pool facilities and that there will be no Life Guard on duty at the time of your event. HDF.LA is not responsible for any injuries sustained by the host or any of the host’s guests at the time of the event result from the use of the swimming pool, either directly or indirectly. 2. For any event where the swimming pool is utilized, the use of any Glass Bottles, Cups or Serving apparatus is strictly prohibited. The use of plastic cups, plates and cutlery is required. 3. Pool Rules are posted for the benefit and safety of the host and his or her guests. Those rules must be adhered too at all times! 4. NO FOOD allowed in the swimming pool at any time. Any garbage or unapproved items found in the pool at the conclusion of the event will result in an additional pool cleaning fee of at least $250.00. 5. In an effort to avoid any injuries, we request that all individuals entering the indoor portion of the premises be wearing shoes or other applicable foot coverings. No running throughout please. 6. All guests must remain inside the property premises at all time during the event. No congregating outside of the premises is allowed and please be respectful to our neighbors by keep noise to a minimum when coming and going. 7. Guests may only access the approved portion of the premises clearly specified to host during initial walk-through. 8. Host and guests may only park directly outside of the premises on Cochran Place and anywhere on Washington Blvd. No parking is allowed in front of neighbors’ homes on Cochran Place. 9. Premises must by left in the same condition presented to the host during the initial walk-through. 10. Trash bins will be provided; however, trash liners and the disposal of the trash resulting from the event must be brought up to the upper driveway or removed from the premises at the completion of your event. Any trash items that are larger than the trash receptacles provided to the host MUST be removed from the premises following the completion of your event. 11. Use of any of the Kitchen Glasses, Silverware, Plates and other items not out for display and use may not be used without the prior consent of the Property Owner or Site Rep. 12. Any property removed from the premises or damaged during the time of the event is the responsibility of the host and host agrees to reimburse property owner for any such loss.
