About the Space

Our space is a creative photo/video studio, production house, and event rental space in Kensington, Philadelphia - by independent artists for independent artists! The workspace has been host to networking events, brand launches, pop-up shops, happy hours, art shows and more. Features of the main event area (our workspace commons) includes: • 2000 Sq Ft • Open floorplan • Couches • Chairs • Garage door entry • Raw concrete beams • 32' Exhibition wall • PA System * ADDITIONAL ROOM, Event security, bartender, photographer, and event time-lapse can be arranged for extra charge

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I am extremely disappointed from the add on fees told to me last minute to the day of my engagement party and walking in on another event still going on and was told I could setup around them I also was told it was extra tables but found out it wasn’t and had to find a table and chairs rental 30 minutes before my guests arrived and the parking was nonexistent after being reassured it would be the only good thing about this place is the Employee Cassie she’s a sweet girl and tired her best to Solve all my problems I know what it’s like to be in stuck in the middle of a Awkward situation at work

Cameron and the friends at peerspace were very chill, accommodating and understanding of the needs of my pop up shop. I had a seamless experience here and loved every minute of it. There are so many nooks and spaces to enjoy creative flow. I’m grateful for my time spent here.
