All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our 450 SQFT white room is a bright open space that can be utilized by all types of creatives. The space is typically utilized as a video studio but has been rented for a wide range of creative activities. Any Production rental after 8pm is an additional $50 per hour along with the hourly rate. ***ABSOLUTELY NO POWDERS OR CONFETTI OF ANY KIND ALLOWED*** Basic hourly rental of the white room includes: • C-Stands • Reflectors • Ladders • Basic Grip Equipment Available for an additional charge: • Lighting package (4x strobes OR 4x led panels) • Backdrop • Various film equipment including 4k-8k cinema, DSLR lenses, motion control

Parking description

There is free street parking on all the surrounding streets. Usually there is little to no problem finding parking. We also have a drive way where you can drive up and unload equipment.

Lighting description

We have a windows in the front of the space along with a glass garage door, this provides a good amount of natural light. As far as the light we're able to block it out with our metal garage door and our black out curtains.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can hear a little bit outside of the space but it's very manageable. If you're utilizing lavs or a shotgun mic sound shouldn't be an issue.

There is a loading zone/driveway and a garage door that lifts for large equipment if needed.

General Rules

• No smoking • No pets allowed • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors • All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

We have couches and chairs in the space that can be rearranged or moved out but they must be replaced after the rental.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
