This space is a rarity in the suburbs! Bright, modern and perfect for any networking or creative event needs. The building is filled with fun details, including vintage prints and art made using supplies left behind from when it was a print shop. The layout is open and feels incredibly roomy - downstairs there is an open space set up with work tables (these can be moved to meet needs), and two glass meeting rooms with a glass accordion door so you can open those up to one large meeting space. Kitchen area, small fridges, two bathrooms and various seating areas all available downstairs. The flexibility makes it perfect for events with various activities or "stations" for guests at your event. Upstairs is always a hit, with ping pong, billiards, seating for mingling and talking. There is a photo/video studio on the second level as well (must be booked with the space if you would like to have it open or use it). Even if you are not planning a shoot, the studio has a great lounge, extra bathrooms, mini fridge, and backdrops perfect for adding a "photobooth" for your guests! We have hosted art openings, networking events, workshops, offsites and team building events, and have the capacity for so much more. If you are looking for a unique space with endless possibilities and a wow factor, this is it.
