About the Space

Residential Home with a flat backyard and pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for filming or photoshoots. 1 story 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with large backyard half grass/half pool. Located in a residential area in Eagle Rock (near Pasadena and Highland Park). 2000 square foot house on a 10,000 square foot lot.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely recommend Carlie's home! There were so many spaces to shoot in. Her backyard offered so much space for the team to set up. Carlie was quick to respond and so helpful with any question we had. Thank you again!!

Carlie was an extraordinary host! She was extremely helpful and accommodating. During the booking process, her communication was always prompt and clear, and on the day of our shoot, she was on hand to answer all of our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The space comes just as pictured and is a great option for any production.  Thank you Carlie!

Carlie was an amazing host! Very helpful and clear with expectations, shoot went mega smooth and the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. (too often a place can be in different condition)

Carlie was a pleasure to work with. She answered all questions clear and in a timely manner. We had a minor accident and I'm thankful to her for being very understanding of the incident. Her home looked like the photos and the space was perfect for our photo/video shoot!
