The private residence is a stunning views for still photography, fashion, advertising and editorial work. Location on Bonnie Hill Drive a mid-century modern gem sited at the near-end of a cul-de-sac. It is a single-story 60s finished house, with a curved wall of mirrors jazzing up the living room and a river-rock fireplace. Upon entering through the front door, unobstructed long and wide views instantly captivate attention. The heartbeat of this home is a large living room with fireplace, which connects the kitchen to a dedicated dining area and office space. Has two outdoor spaces large and flat grassy front yard with canyon views and rear stone deck with 270-degree views into the valley all the way around to Griffith Observatory. Extremely private setting with some of the best views in all Los Angeles.

An absolute gem of a space. A true touch and feel of the real Hollywood lifestyle and 60’s era. Joe was the absolute best host and was very easy going. Will be definitely renting again and any other spaces he host in the future.
