About the Space
Beautiful, tree-shaded front yard and intact Craftsman dining room is an ideal throwback location for photo shoots and small parties like rehearsal dinners. (We are literally across the street from the city's most popular wedding venue.) We are conveniently located near freeways and major streets, with easy access for crews and talent. Lovely picture window and original siding with healthy fruit trees on site. Kitchen adjacent to dining room also available during events.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Anthea was extremely responsive. To be honest, she seemed extremely uncomfortable renting out her space during the pandemic ( understandably so). However, even after I expressed that she could deny the booking, she accepted it and our presence still became very uncomfortable for her and in effect- for our small team. The space is a little older looking than in the pictures- but if you're looking for an older cottage type feel - then this is perfect for you. We had a small crew/cast of 7 people total, minimal equipment, set up a crafty station outside, and rented the space for 8 hours. Although we paid the rate listed for the location, we were limited to 1.5/2 rooms, and the outside. The host posted lots of green tape that was to show where we were not allowed (for her comfort level- since she lives on the ground floor this house). We were originally asked to use bathrooms from nearby restaurants; however, Anthea opened up to letting us use the bathroom on site. Overall, we got the inside scene we needed and the look was perfect for what we were going for. If we need the space again in the future, I will probably try to wait till after the pandemic is more under control. That way, no one is uncomfortable renting out the space OR being in the space when the owner is overtly uncomfortable. * Anthea also has 2 corgi's that are very cute and friendly! :)
