BYOB BAR: We also offer a rare amenity of a BYOB bar, with no corkage fee (for a limited time)! We provide a professional bar tender and wait staff, and can supply mixers & signature drinks. SEATING: CHAIRS INCLUDED! Up to 46 people seated, 60 people cocktail style. Includes beautiful custom oak & cedar wood tables, a built in buffet & appetizer credenza, a 25 foot long live edge slab wood bar, patio space with 2 additional tables with umbrellas, 2 restrooms, and plenty of parking right out front. LATE NIGHT: You can also go LATE if you would like! There is no noise ordinance, and if you want to rock out til 1:30am, you can! PRICING: base rate $240 per hour includes either a venue manager or bartender (if you are serving alcohol). Does not include catering or plates/serviceware if you are bringing in outside catering. If you utilize Harvest Kitchen, all serviceware is included. LOCATION: Conveniently located at the epicenter of Carlsbad, Vista, and San Marcos, the space is minutes away from any one of these cities, and only 15 minutes from Encinitas. There is a new Target store next door too which can be quite convenient. PETS ALLOWED: we love animals! And since our space is totally private and our kitchen space is separated from this room, we allow up to 3 dogs to be in the space at one time. Beautifully decorated for the holidays! They had the perfect set up of tables for our training and group exercises. David was there at the beginning to answer any questions and quick to respond to any we had throughout the night. Plenty of parking available, ADA accessible, WiFi included, the ability to control heat/AC and connect to their speaker for music - would recommend it as an awesome place for a group event!
