About the Space

This large fully private workshop space. The space is part of a Coworking Space and Startup Hub, which means that other visitors will be in the building, while the space itself can be closed off from the common areas. This 600 sqft space is optimal for Executive Meetings Large Team Off-Site, Small Team Off-Sites, Lectures, Fundraisers, Workshops and Motivational Gatherings. INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING RATE: Projector Drop-down screen Speakers/audio equipment Whiteboard Flip-chart Conference-style Table Wifi Ability to provide presentation-seating (presenting to an entire off-site group) Additional rentals/services can be coordinated with [email protected], they know our space the best and can recommend great packages for delivery/service. Additionally there is an outdoor area/patio are, as well as common areas to which guests have access. Parking spaces are provided for free to all guests and Public Bus and Bart Station are near.

This space is located in a coworking space that has over 500 members onsite. Guest are expected to respect our space rules, and be courteous of its members. We request no pets (except service animals) and to return furniture to its original spots at the end of the reservation. Additional services can be coordinated with [email protected], they know our space the best and can recommend great packages for delivery/service. All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $99 per hour . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum). Discount available for full day rentals (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Room setup fee is an additional $100.00. If you require the room to be set up prior to your arrival, please notify us. We expect our guests to leave the room clean and tidy, just like how they found it.
