Natural light filled (southern exposure) renovated loft ideal for production / photo shoots. The massive 1,000 sq ft living room features two separate living areas, a 110' dining table, and modern chef's kitchen. The space features the original exposed brick and exposed beams, perfect for that classic New York loft vibe. Perfect for photo / video shoots, private dinners The Space: Living Room: - 1000 Sq Ft - 12' ceilings - Large sectional couch, fits 10 - Exposed Brick Wall - Exposed Beams - Sitting area with smaller couch and two modern chairs - Dining area with 110" table - Chef's kitchen with 36" range, wine fridge, and 11' island - Comfortably fits 25+ people Bathrooms - 2.5 (two en suite, one washroom in hallway Bedrooms: - 2 full bedrooms, each with their own en suite - Master bedroom has exposed painted (white brick) - Exposed beams - 2 full size windows, overlooking brownstone backyards - Guest bedroom features beautiful wood sliding barn door Roof - Unobstructed views of southern Brooklyn, including the Verazano bridge in the background - Water views - View of the Statue of Liberty Location: Located in Brooklyn Heights (one stop from Manhattan) on Atlantic Avenue. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
