Located above the ground floor, this gallery offers an intimate yet open environment that is perfect for any experience. We have a formal 1700 sq ft gallery and can open up the back studio for a more casual seating area with an additional 700 sq ft of extra space if necessary. READY TO HELP To ensure a smooth event, a member is always on-site and available to answer any questions about this space and artworks on display. Our main space holds up to 130 guests and can seat 40-50 for served dinner events. We have a full kitchen perfect for setting up, cooking, and serving food. CONVENIENT Located just off Park St in Downtown Alameda, this is one story above street level and offers an open 1,700 sq ft gallery, as well as an additional 700 sq ft studio located in the back. Our exhibited art collection changes at least once every few months ensuring your events will always be fresh and unique.

Aiya’s space was beautiful for our first gallery event ever. We needed to book a new venue and she accepted us. The space comes with a kitchen space that came in handy for us. We had a great experience working with the team at "The Space". We booked the gallery for a rehearsal dinner for 90+ people prior to our son's wedding. Aiya was always very responsive via email initially and by text on the weekend of the event. We brought in tables and benches and a caterer and decorated with fairy lights and electric candles and the space was exactly what we had in mind -- classy, different than the standard restaurant and the art made it interesting. They have a very nice bluetooth speaker that we connected to for the music. Aiya and Kevin could not have been more helpful both during the planning and the day of (and after) the event. Responsiveness was really important to us since we were doing the planning from the East Coast. Everyone loved the party and the space.
