About the Space
Beautifully updated century old home with an eclectic mix of vintage and modern furnishings. All entertaining spaces are downstairs, and living, dining and kitchen are all open to provide opportunity for large gatherings. The kitchen has ample counter space for catered events and full sized appliances for food prep. The entertaining spaces downstairs can fit 20 comfortably, with plenty of seating and room to move around. There's a mural wall and 1920s vanity in master bedroom, vibrant living room with colorful area rugs and orange couch, and cozy reading nook with vintage details. Each room is unique and photogenic for differing styles.

Erin was a joy to work with! Flexible and helpful! Everything was so clean despite others having rented it out the day before! It was everything we hoped for and more!!! So many options for backgrounds and settings! I love that the house is facing the sun so we got so much light to work with! We filmed a high production Instagram reel for Nutrilite and filmed UGC (iPhone) content for Sleekier and Sniff & Bark. It was also too cute not to take IG photos for myself hehe❤️ I would 100% recommend this place to someone in the area!
