About the Space
600 square foot private rooftop space in South Slope, Brooklyn. Entry through a private apartment. Near to the F/G train 15th Street Prospect Park West Station and Prospect Park. Perfect for a small photo shoot with a maximum of four people. As this is a private home the other space that can be used is a bathroom but not for extended makeup sessions.

There is usually ample parking in the neighborhood as one side of our adjacent street borders the Prospect Expressway and doesn't have houses or apartments. Just check the street signs!

Equipment loading description
All equipment must be hand-carried up three flights of stairs. So this is best for smaller shoots that don't require much gear.

General Rules
No shoes in the house. Shoes must be taken off in the apartment hallway and carried to the rooftop, where of course they can be used.
No smoking on the rooftop or anywhere else.
No food or alcohol. The rooftop can be reserved hourly for photo shoots, that is all.
No pets.
No more than four people, including talent and staff.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Anything on the rooftop can be moved.

Health and Safety Measures
We follow all local guidelines and don't book for large groups. The spaces are all quite large and cleaned between all bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
