About the Space
Come meet or execute a photo / video shoot on the only rooftop vineyard in the United States. This completely unique space is 14,800 square feet and contains turf, a boardwalk, hammocks, outdoor sofas, porch swings hanging from a custom water tower installation, rows of grape vines in beautiful metal planters, brick walls and an indoor tasting room that can be used as a staging area for shoots. Gorgeous views of downtown Brooklyn. We can accommodate up to ten guests for photo or video shoots and up to 15 for meetings. There are more than enough seats. Large bathrooms are one floor down from the roof. Freight elevator access to one floor below the roof. The remaining staircase is double wide.

This is an open-air rooftop. The staircase leading to the rooftop is double-wide. And it is 15,000 square feet with constant breezes. Between each party surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
