About the Space
This space is ideal for any type of photo shoot or filming as the home is flooded with natural light. Nestled in the treetops of Laurel Canyon is a beautifully restored, spacious Mid-Century home. Filled with an eclectic mix of vintage furniture, the interior design adds a timeless sophistication to any concept. This pad offers a singularly warm experience, with its round ceiling radiating outwards into an expansive view of the canyon. Mid-century modern home that has dark hardwood floors, high ceilings, lot of windows that fill the room with natural light, 8 foot sliding doors from every room that opens to an outdoor space which includes a Jacuzzi, gas fire pit surrounded by a conversational sectional and sitting area, exterior dining area and a lush front, side and backyard yard with mature landscaping. The kitchen, living space, dining area, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and backyard are all included in this rental price. Master bedroom & master bathroom could be included with prior approval and/or could be additional fee- contact owner. The garage is carpeted and a great use for make-up stations, wardrobe and or equipment/prop/catering storage.
