**GOOD News - the loft is delighted to say we're accepting bookings. Please ask for our safety protocol for more details.** The all-purpose white loft space has a gorgeous views of the Empire State Building, because hosting an event in New York should have a statement! The venue features two large areas that are perfect for dancefloors, breakout areas, theater style setups for (100) guests, plus so much more...! Literraly so close to every subway. (A,C,E,1,2,3,7,N,Q,R,W,B,D,F,M) Can you literraly believe we have the following gorgeous furnitures included in the space rental - (2) white sofas, (4) White Side Tables, (5) Cocktail Tables, (80) White Chairs, (2) 6' tables + (2) 4' tables. Includes built-in bar, bridal suite / green room and separate kitchenette.

The condition of the space is dilapidated. Floor boards are warped, walls are scuffed, furniture is dingy, tables and chairs are stained. The pictures are very outdated. Giving two stars because the communication after booking and assistance onsite was helpful. Would not book again or recommend booking without the owners putting some serious effort into repairing.

The space itself was fantastic. There were definitely some missteps in communication, particularly around loading in and loading out - the customer service aspect is quite average. Everyone is nice, but response times are lagging and there's an over-reliance on email and the portal - depending on the size and type of event, a more personal communication style might be preferred. The original space we booked was a mess when we arrived; we were given the courtesy of a gratis upgrade (which, I suppose, was the only alternative), so we can't complain though it was odd that our space wasn't ready for us.
