About the Space
Our beautiful cathedral venue is frequently booked for weddings and receptions, both small and large. The recently remodeled facility can accommodate up to 250 guests, with in-house catering & bar available. Our professional staff are happy to assist with all of your specific event needs. General Rules
• No confetti, glitter or helium balloons
• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
• All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have commercial grade cleaning equipment, on site. Auto-scrubbing machines , as well as other equipment.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
