Our lounge space will comfortably host between 25-35 guests and is perfect for your next meeting, brainstorming session, or off-site. Your hourly rate includes: - Use of our entire lounge space including kitchen - Use of our private conference room that can accommodate 6. - The long table in the clubhouse has 5 chairs. - There are 6 bar stools in the kitchen. - In addition the clubhouse offers two couches, 2 armchairs and 4 outdoor seats by the fire. - ADA compliant restroom. - 32’ x 32’ meeting space. - Floor to ceiling windows. - This casual space offers a stage for you to create (Isaac Newton didn’t discover gravity in a lab). Create a culinary delight in the exhibition kitchen, help yourself to some candy, or curl up in front of the two-way, indoor-outdoor fireplace. We are located in Columbia Square, only a few blocks from the light rail stop, locally owned shops and bakeries (and of course, coffee houses), trend-setting restaurants, parks, playgrounds, and miles of friendly neighborhood streets. Lots of small town charm, yet only a short train ride away from everything that downtown Seattle has to offer. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Lovely space. The agent onsite did a wonderful job addressing all of our needs. There were a few small things I would have wished different but again the agent onsite did what she could to work it out. I'd book this space again, for sure.

I had a chance to reserve this space for my birthday recently and it was a great space for group of 30ish friends. My friends couldn't stop raving about how nice the space was! Everyone had plenty of space to sit and stand and it even had a nice little patio area where people could sit outside. It had a large counter space along with a long dining table that allowed plenty of seating for my friends to eat. We also had access to a conference room which gave us more space! The leasing agent also closed off the doors and put up reserved signs so that the tenants didn't disturb our event so it was more private. Few critiques: Upon arriving to the leasing office, the agent had trouble finding my reservation and sent us to the wrong lounge across the parking lot. This resulted in us having to haul our stuff from one end of the property to the other and caused a delay in us getting set up. Additionally, when I asked where the dumpster was located to toss our garbage she provided a vague response and didn't show us where it was. In the end we weren't able to find the garbage dumpster/chute and had to ask one of our friends to throw in their own dumpster. Lastly, there were no paper towels and not much toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, so we had to go find the agent to ask for more; thankfully the office was still open. Other than that, the place was great, Laura was super responsive and would definitely recommend others to use the space!

The grounds, leasing office staff, parking, and space were wonderful! There were some small things to note but not complaints. The availability of paper products in the kitchen and bathroom was very scarce due to access by residents so had to be imaginative on the second day. One thing to make sure for future because it was challenging was the WIFI. It was supposed to be available to us but we did not get access until the last day and it was not a smooth process. May want to have a write up on how to confirm the day before an event to have access and adding others.

This space was great for our company holiday party. There was about 20 of us and we had plenty of room for games and to setup heavy apps and drinks.
