THE SPACE Located a few blocks from Pike's Place (1st and University), our meeting lounge is naturally designed to hold offsites, team meetings, and presentations. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Booth seating for up to 4 - Table Seating for 6 - Conference Room for 6 - Bar seating for 3 - 2- 65' inch TVs with Direct TV - WiFi FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. Please no smoking in the lounge or any Harbor Steps Property. The community and grounds are 100% non-smoking. Lounge has strict hours of 8am to 10pm. All clean up and breakdown must be completed by 10pm. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Room was well kept and in a quiet location - would definitely use again. Only request would be to add additional dongles for connecting to display as none of us had the right ports on our laptops. Overall a good experience

Perfect space for our team retreat. Love that there's several spaces to engage and that there's tons of natural lighting. The concierge was very helpful as well.

This room is located in a hotel near Pike Place. Great location if you are in the city and need to host an innovative meeting, great windows provide lots of light and calm view of the garden. We reserved the location from 2:30-6:00 pm and by 5:30 pm strangers started walking in which confused us, turns out this is also a workspace for hotel/apt guests. A bit more communication with the coordinator would have helped but otherwise, the room was great.

Great space, access to the outside courtyard for breaks, couple seperate spaces, monitors, small lounge area and small kitchen. Was perfect for my 6 person meeting.

This was a great space with multiple use areas - perfect for my team's two-day meeting. It faces the apartment complex's courtyard for open, sunny (well, it's Seattle) views and plenty of residents walking their dogs (and a few cats!). The only draw-backs were that the guest wifi was unreliable and we never could get the HDMI hook-up to one of the two TVs in the room to work. Otherwise, Chandra and her team were great hosts and the space all we wanted.
