THE SPACE Located a few blocks from Pike's Place (1st and University), our meeting lounge is naturally designed to hold offsites, team meetings, and presentations. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Table seating for 10 - Booth Bench seating for 12 - 1- 55' inch TVs with Direct TV - WiFi FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. Please no smoking in the lounge or any Harbor Steps Property. The community and grounds are 100% non-smoking. Lounge has strict hours of 8am to 10pm. All clean up and breakdown must be completed by 10pm. SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This meeting space was perfect for our company conference! It was easy to find and centrally located, so we were able to go right to our dinner spot after. The room itself was spacious, modern and equipped with all we needed to make our day productive. Robin was terrific to communicate with and replied often within 24 hours of my original question! He and his team were very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This room was really great for our small meeting! The host was responsive and super kind. We would definitely come again! Only small things that would've made it better are: longer HDMI cord, a place for water/drinking fountain, a whiteboard, and a lock on door. We totally recommend it and had a great meeting in this nice clean room :)

This is a great space! Nice modern vibe and perfect for our team offsite of 12 people. Check in was easy. In the heart of downtown so plenty of great options close by for lunch or happy hour. My colleagues who parked in the garage found signage / finding a spot that wasn’t ‘residents only’ a little tricky. I would definitely book this space again.
