Small studio one block south of Old Town

This space is primarily used as a product and portrait photography studio, but is great for meetings, casting calls, or as an editing suite. There are three sections to the studio, an open space that is great for shooting, a conference/staging area, and a loft that has my office. There is a great restaurant and bar in our building that is ideal for client lunches. The studio is less than a mile from the 134/210 and 110 freeways and right across the street from a Gold Line stop. There is a lot attached to the building that can be used to unload and load cars and a metro parking lot 400 feet away for parking. Street parking is also available, but only for 2 hour increments. Two accessible parking spaces are available in the parking lot adjacent to the building. Our studio has an extensive list of professional photo and video equipment (per request) including cameras, Profoto strobes/ all available modifiers, Arri lights, and Grip. We also have a SONOS system that can be accessed by our guests. Additional tables and chairs can be provided upon request. This space can fit 8-12 people sitting if being booked for a shoot, and 13-25 if tables and chairs are set up in the shooting space.
