Best for dinner or cocktail parties with 28 seated or 60 standing / seated. The Secret Garden can be combined with our Wine bar to serve up to 100 guests. Excellent casual lunches with Gourmet Italian Sandwiches, Salads and soups as well as dinner and cocktail parties featuring Chef Barbara's modern Roman dinners and "Snack Banquets". Audio Visual available. Extensive well priced wine list (NO liquor allowed).
There is a large indoor parking lot 100 feet away attached to Citibank on the corner of Santa Monica and 5th - it costs $6 per day. We also have an easy access alley for loading and unloading cakes, decorations etc...
Cakes and sweets are allowed but food should be ordered from our menu which features award winning Italian delicacies including extensive Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free offerings -- please include in your inquiry what your group size and event purpose is. Our extensive wine and beer menu is available with special pricing. Corkage fees of $10 apply 7 days a week during the day and Sunday and Monday evenings. Outside Wine and beer is not allowed from Tuesday to Saturday after 6pm. No liquor allowed. We provide all plates, glasses and silverware as well as full service. You are allowed to decorate the room as you wish - Balloons, signs etc... Children and dogs are permitted with advance notice. Cancellations and refunds are per Peerspace policy. No smoking indoors.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

We hosted an adult only baby shower for about 50 people & it was seriously beautiful and the perfect location! The space is not wide open but with creativity you can manage seating. We were able to host a photo booth, activities and desert table inside the room as well as have space for guests to eat and talk. We had a few guests who were standing most of the event but overall the space fit our group well. We also had a good amount of older folks who needed to be seated and this worked out perfectly. Jeffery was super accommodating with our menu and all of our requests as well as simply a pleasant and helpful person! We had severe nut, gluten and shellfish allergies and he helped us design a really good menu. Our entrees were served about 30 minutes before the end of our event which was not so great and also a bit tricky in terms of getting everyone out in time for the next event. This was the least wonderful part of renting the space. Otherwise, we loved it! Be sure to coordinate as much as possible with Jeffery and the staff before your event to avoid any challenges the day of. They really were wonderful.

Would I book this place again, 1000% yes I will!! We threw a networking event for 40 people and it was perfect! Jeffrey is an amazing host and his team is also amazing!! The food is top notch and priced so reasonable it’s insane! The wine selection is great and Jeffrey can even do a full wine tasting for you and your party if you schedule it ahead of time with him. He is super flexible with working with you to throw an amazing event and even rearrange the room for us twice during the event to accommodate the growing size of our party!! This place has a great vibe, great food and wine and awesome people! Will definitely book this for future events!!

The space was awesome for our baby shower and the food and wine was delicious!!! Jeffrey and his staff were very accommodating with everything we needed ... from another table, to more chairs, to plates, etc. There was also an upstairs room that we didn't use, but it'd be great for a dinner party or small celebration.

We threw a baby shower at Jeffrey’s space. The location was gorgeous, and they closed it off from the regular dining area to give us some privacy. Tim was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. There is street parking and a little garage right around the corner that was super convenient for our guests. The space also had its own entrance we could use, and a nice bathroom as well. Overall it was a great day!

Jeffery was extremely responsive in catering to our needs, and created a package perfect for our event. The space was absolutely stunning, we used the wine bar downstairs and upstairs, and my guests loved the food. The sandwiches are amazing!

Perfect space for a birthday party and the staff was super helpful. The food from the deli was delicious and made planning that much easier. Highly recommend, just make sure the heater is working!

Beautiful Venue with delicious sandwiches and lasagna from their catered menu. Extensive wine selection. Location is great and walking distance to the beach if guests want to roam down there. Jeffery was very friendly. I do think there could be room for improvements- although Jeffery was very eager to over deliver, a lot of the promised things were not available on the day of and he thought our event started two hours later than it actually did, so our food was almost 2 hours late, which wasn't too great with hungry guests and kids. TV didn't seem to work, which wasn't a big deal, but was something he said would be set up for the kids to keep them occupied during the baby shower. There were only two staff workers for both the restaurant/deli section and our event, which I don't feel is enough staff to smoothly run a big event and a regular run business. We had to ask several times for simple things like cutlery, trash bin, plates, water ,etc. I would still reserve this space again as it is very affordable. I did follow up with him to ensure he had the updated menu via email, but I would just be more pressed to follow up with Jeffery many times to make sure things are good to go.
