About the Space

This award winning cabin was recently featured in Dwell Magazine, and the NY Times. This house is a beautiful modern cabin overlooking a 1 acre pond, and placed within a private, forested 19 acres. The floor plan includes 3 small bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleeping loft, as well as 2 covered exterior areas. The open kitchen / dining / living room faces south and overlooks the water. A beautiful waterfall feeds the pond, and the interior space steps down to a fire ring alongside the banks of the water. There will be a $40/hour site manager fee in addition to the base fee.
