We are on Instagram! @the_solarium_ We are open for weekend day time use! Book The Solarium, for your corporate executive weekend retreat. Space is available from 8:00 am to 6:00pm. (No evening use). The space emulates a modern, terrarium-like oasis creating a perfect background for your workshop, executive retreat meeting, trainings or group photo shoots. The 2,000 sf space includes a live-edge conference table, comfortable seating, kitchenette, bathroom, AC and beautiful natural lighting. We are located at on the 2nd floor of the Paseo Colorado Mall. Parking Directions for guests: Enter the mall parking lot from Green St. (one way street), first entrance on your left. After passing the parking ticket station, park immediately in that area. This is section 1D. You will see escalators and elevators that will get you to the 2nd floor. (You know you are in the right location, if you see H&M on the first level and PF Changs, El Cholo, Salon Republic on the second level. When you get to the second level, walk towards the fountain and M Design Studio sign will be on the right hand side, unit 219. We are across the way from El Cholo Cafe and next door to Salon Republic. Parking Directions for Loading: Once you park in the the lot immediately after entering from Green St, there is a service elevator that will take you to the second floor. We will work with you to help you gain access to the space through this direction after your booking is secured. Bring your parking ticket with you. We validate parking. First 90 minutes FREE.* $1.50 each 30 minutes thereafter. All day parking is $6 with validation. Our host will show up to open the door at your start time and will be return during your end time. We ask that you give us back the space in the exact same condition as we gave it to you. Please do consider your set up time and clean up time when you schedule your booking. We charge for overtime in increments of 30 minutes.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The Solarium was the perfect place to host my sister's bridal shower! We had about 30+ people. The space is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, full of art that made great conversation focal points. The kitchen in the back made it easy to set up and leave all the supplies hidden away. There were extra tables and chairs for all the guests and plenty of kitchen ware to borrow. Macelle was a great host! Super responsive, easy directions during orientation and closing up and even helped the caterer get the food taken in! Highly recommend and would definitely book again for future events.

I can't recommend the Solarium enough to anyone looking for a unique space to host their next event!! Macelle is the epitome and definition of a "super host." She's extremely prompt with her responses and follow-ups, detailed in her explanations, accessible and extremely kind and caring. I had my book launch here this past weekend, and I couldn't be happier with the space. We had about 55 individuals and comfortably accommodate the guests as well as a photo booth. The space is neither too small nor overwhelming large; it is cozy and intimate with a cool, modern vibe. My only comment would be some guests had a hard time finding the place because in the directory, it is still listed as "M Design Studio" whereas I had referred to it as "The Solarium" in my invite, so several people were just confused. I would be consistent and just tell your guests, it's at the M Design Studio.
